About the job

We’re looking for a Senior CROM & Lifecycle Manager to own and develop our Klaviyo
setup end-to-end. You’ll act as the go-to expert on the platform, staying on top of new features
and translating them into impact.

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing flows, setting up campaigns, and driving
structured testing across the lifecycle. In addition, you’ll act as a key sparring partner across
teams - especially collaborating closely with content teams to ensure strong execution and
performance.

What you'll do

Ownership of execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, flows, and testing within Klaviyo
  • Set up and maintain flows and segments
  • Continuously optimize and iterate on existing flows
Technical setup
  • Review current data and metrics synced into Klaviyo and collaborate with data teams to enrich with new data points
  • Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, spam rates, bounce rates, click rates, and other relevant metrics
  • Evaluate new features and third-party tools that can enhance lifecycle communication in Klaviyo
Commercial ownership of marketing automation
  • Define and own the most important KPIs
  • Develop reporting frameworks using Klaviyo data to showcase commercial impact
  • Translate marketing automation metrics into clear business insights and actions
Collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with sales, content, and product teams to align messaging and execution
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to content teams to ensure output performs within a marketing automation framework

Who you are

Must-haves
  • Mid to senior profile with experience in marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar), especially segmentation, data, and flows
  • Strong performance marketing mindset with a solid understanding of how content plays a key role in building brand.
  • Confident working with data, filters, and customer insights
  • Strong understanding of data in a marketing automation environment
  • Structured in your way of working, with clear routines and attention to detail
  • Solid business understanding and ability to connect activities to revenue impact
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and working within a team setup
Strong pluses
  • Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or similar industries
  • Experience working with SMB customers
  • Experience with upsell and cross-sell lifecycle flows
  • Strong experimentation mindset with hands-on A/B testing experience
